Recent Projects.
Kitchen, W/C, Shower Room and Garage Extension. (July 09, 2007)
This project is to extend existing garage and build new Kitchen, W/c and shower room extension.
Al external walls to be built using random stone.
The following photographs are of the property as existing.
This extension is designed to provide a ground floor wet shower room, W/C and small utility.
We are extending the garage by approximately 1000mm.
Due to the mains sewer being adjacent to foundations, we have been instructed to dig to the invert level of the sewer this being, 2300mm below existing ground level.
Internal block walls have now started to be built.
All the stonework is now fully completed.
The first fix roofing has now been started.
We have also completed the brickwork to the garage extension, we will now extend the roof to suit.
The garage extension is now finished.
The W/C - Utility and Wetroom extension is now finished.
This project is now fully completed.
The reinstatement of landscaping is to be completed by client.
