![]() Recent Projects. Sun Room, Study & Utility Room Extension. (April 25, 2007) This project is to build a Small Sun Room, Study and Utility Extension
on new Reinforced Concrete Raft Foundation.
This property is based on a new housing development in Crook, Co Durham.
![]() The extension will be 3500mm out from the rear elevation to the full gable and 3000mm our from the side elevation.
![]() Excavation works for the raft foundations have commenced.
![]() All surplus soil is removed from site.
Here the edge beam has now been excavated for the raft.
![]() B785 reinforcement steel mesh with T12 bars have now been fitted which will reinforce the raft edge beam and connect to the concrete slabs reinforcement.
![]() Concrete has now been poured into edge beam raft - foundations.
![]() ![]() Below is the start of brickwork footings which is below ground level.
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 2 no lays of A383 reinforcement mesh for raft.
![]() Concrete raft slab being laid.
![]() All brickwork is now completed with timber wall plate fitted ready for fitting of pitched roof.
![]() ![]() Fitting of traditional hand cut roof.
![]() The roof has now been fitted.
![]() This room is to be divided into two small rooms consisting of
one utility room and one small study.
![]() This room will be used as a sun room.

Our client is completing the landscape along with decking and paving.
