Sun Room, Study & Utility Room Extension. (April 25, 2007)
This project is to build a Small Sun Room, Study and Utility Extension
on new Reinforced Concrete Raft Foundation.
  
This property is based on a new housing development in Crook, Co Durham.

The extension will be 3500mm out from the rear elevation to the full gable and 3000mm our from the side elevation.

Excavation works for the raft foundations have commenced.

Here the edge beam has now been excavated for the raft.

B785 reinforcement steel mesh with T12 bars have now been fitted which will reinforce the raft edge beam and connect to the concrete slabs reinforcement.
