Recent Projects.
Sun Room, Study & Utility Room Extension. (April 25, 2007)
This project is to build a Small Sun Room, Study and Utility Extension
on new Reinforced Concrete Raft Foundation.
This property is based on a new housing development in Crook, Co Durham.
The extension will be 3500mm out from the rear elevation to the full gable and 3000mm our from the side elevation.
Excavation works for the raft foundations have commenced.
All surplus soil is removed from site.
Here the edge beam has now been excavated for the raft.
B785 reinforcement steel mesh with T12 bars have now been fitted which will reinforce the raft edge beam and connect to the concrete slabs reinforcement.
Concrete has now been poured into edge beam raft - foundations.
Below is the start of brickwork footings which is below ground level.
2 no lays of A383 reinforcement mesh for raft.

All brickwork is now completed with timber wall plate fitted ready for fitting of pitched roof.
Fitting of traditional hand cut roof.
The roof has now been fitted.
This room is to be divided into two small rooms consisting of
one utility room and one small study.
This room will be used as a sun room.

Side Elevation.
This project is now fully completed.
Our client is completing the landscape along with decking and paving.
