Recent Projects.
New Pitched Roof. (May 27, 2006)
This project is to strip off existing Asbestos roof on outhouse
building and fit new trussed tiled roof.
We have now fitted the new roof trusses, breathable underlay felt and starting to tile full roof.
All fasica and soffit boards have been primed and undercoated for maximum protection.
The blue materials which you can see is a Monoperm 700 fully breathable underlay felt which is very important to allow the roof void to be ventilated.
These are the roof trusses which we will fit plaster boards and insulation to.
The works are now fully complete.

Further to your invoice dated 06/03/06, please find enclosed a cheque made payable to 'Cooks Building & Roofing Maintenance , as payment for the works completed.
We would like to thank you for the work completed on the outbuilding on the land adjacent to our house, we are more than happy with the standard of work. It has certainly made a big difference, we are both delighted.
We would appreciate if you could pass on our appreciation to the lads who worked on this project, they were brilliant and we are sorry we could'nt have been there on completion to thank them in person.
We would not hesitate to recommend you in the future and hope to use you again when we have additional funds available to complete the redevelpment of this land.
We would appreciate if you could please confirm receipt of this cheque and provide a receipt for our records.
