Recent Projects.
Garage Conversion. (November 11, 2009)
To make massive savings in design costs, planning etc. They decided to convert half of the existing garage to form a new dinning room.
We took out the existing single door.
New walls built using timber and 100mm kingspan insulation leaving a cavity between existing brick walls.
New UPVC French doors fitted
1/2 hour fire rated wall now build between remaining garage and new dinning room.
All works now completed.

No planning permission is require for this development therefore avoiding massive costs.
