This project is to add a bedroom and bathroom extension to the side elevation of property with a new pitched roof.

Here you can see that the foundations are being excavated ready for inspection by the local council Building Control, prior to filling with concrete.



Foundations have been laid and brick walls started.





Brickwork is now complete with lintel to be fitted last, ready now for roof.





Roof is now being fitted.







Internal space to be changed into two bedrooms and bathroom.













Works now completed.
