Recent Projects.

This project is to remove existing brick outhouses and build garage, utility and en-suite extension.

We have started to cut outhouses away from main building, prior to full demolition.

16th July 2004.

Site has been levelled and foundations prepared for concreting.

The foundations have not been laid ready to commence building.

A total of 5 Cubmic metres of concrete were used in these foundations. The foundations is 30% larger than specified therefore allowing another extension above at a later date.

Here you can see that the brickwork is now at damp proof course level. (21st July 2004).

Brickwork is now at half way and scaffold has been fitted and loaded with materials.

We expect to be fitting roof within the next few days.

Brickwork is now complete with roof deck fitted.

Here you can see a trench being excavated for new mains water supply, changing from existing lead pipes.

Groundworks along with interior. Estimated completion within 7-10 days.

Remote control electric garage door to be fitted next.

This project is now complete.
