This project is to alter existing ground floor lay out, underpinning existing foundations and building new walls to form, New double garage with utility and kitchen to rear with 2 no double bedrooms above, both with en-suits.

The front elevation of the project is constructed out of Art Stone to match existing property.



Steel beams have now been fitted ready for commencing with the main roof structure.





Dormer Roof now being built.
