Recent Projects.
Kitchen - Bedroom and En-Suit Extension. (October 24, 2007)
This project is to remove existing garage roof, extend ground floor kitchen to rear elevation and build 2 new bedrooms above new kitchen area and garage. Internal alterations will provide a large en-suit to an existing bedroom.
Foundations for rear utility room.
Here we are stripping off the garage roof so we can start to build above bedrooms.
Brickwork to rear ground floor utility room.
The brickwork has now started for the bedrooms above. The front of the new building will be rendered to match existing house style therefore concrete blocks have been used for this area giving the render a better key.
You will notice that the bricks used are an exact match to existing.
Brickwork is now completed upto wall plate level and roof trusses have been ordered.
Now the trussed roof is being fitted.
To the right of the house you can see again, that our company provides portable toilets for our employees throughout the duration of works. This means none of our employees will need to use your own personal toilet.
All trusses have now been fitted, the next stage is to complete the brickwork peaks.
Roof is now full completed. Internal plastering work now underway.
