Recent Projects.
Bedroom & Wet Room En-suite Extension (September 11, 2007)
This photograph is the property as existing.
This project is to extend property above existing kitchen and garage to form new bedroom and wet room.
We have started to strip off existing roof to allow the building of 1st floor.
The existing brickwork has been carefully taken down to 1st floor joist level.
C16 graded timber joists have not been fitted which will form the new floor to the 1st floor area.
Also 2 no steel lintels have been fitted which the 1st floor external and internal walls will be built off.
All brickwork is now fully completed to wall plate level.
The next stage of the project is to fit the roof.
The photograph belows show the type of portable toilet / washroom of which we supply on contracts. This prevents employees having to enter into our clients private washrooms.
Brickwork is now fully completed.
Main roof has now been completed.
This project is fully completed now.
