New Roof Recover

This project is to strip off all existing roof coverings re-using existing roof tiles.

By using the existing roof tiles this provides a great saving to the project and keeps the existing look of the property.

Like most roofs, the existing slate or tiles can be salvaged and re-used, providing great savings. The main let down of old roofs is lack of underlay felt, adaquate insulation and rotten nails.

You can always renew the laths, provide suitable insulation and underlay felt and like this project, re-fit the existing tiles.
