New Roof

Complete new roof, ceilings, brickwork.

Storm damage due to recent winds.

Existing chimney fell through roof then the ceiling landing in living room.

This debris had to be removed immediately due to the weight on 1st floor timber joists.

We have have now removed existing roof and un-safe brickwork to gable peak.

What you see now is the top of ceilings.

Demolition of unsafe brickwork to peak.

Fitting of new roof trusses.

Rebuilding of brickwork to peak.

Fitting on Monoperm 700 breathable underlay felt and tanalised timber laths. 1200x30x5mm restraining staps fitted to both gables and all wall plates.

This project is now complete.
